I started the Habit & Nutrition program to improve my eating habits and to lose some weight. I signed up for the weekly sessions to help keep me on track as I am a mother of 2 kids, care for a parent, and work full time so often the focus on myself is last on the list. The sessions have helped to keep my attention on the foods I am choosing to eat as well to increase my protein intake which helps to control my appetite.
